I have used Coastal Rental Cars a few times now. We go to Fiji yearly and since discovering them, I won't be using other rental companies. They reply quickly on emails with great communication. They have new cars that are clean and well maintained. Airport pick-up and drop off. They will beat any price you can find online for a comparable vehicle. Big thank you to the team. Amazing service! I rang up on arrival to my resort and I had a rental car dropped off to me within the hour. The team also picked the car up from the report making it very easy and hassle free. I hired a Mazda demio that was in great condition, very fuel efficient and comfortable for a road trip around Fiji. Good daily hire rate for the car. Definitely would recommend this company and if back in Fiji, I would definitely use Coastal Rentals again.

Amazing customer service from the start to the end. Initial inquiry was via email. Picked up the 15 seater Hiace van from Nadi, drove to Suva then back to Nadi in two weeks. The van accommodated 8 occupants, 7 large suitcases, 8 cabin bags plus more. Top service, keep it up, make Fiji proud. Will book again for sure.

We had a great rental car experience with Coastal. The team were friendly and efficient, pick-up was straightforward. The car was nice - a brand new Kia SUV. No issues during the rental period, price was reasonable. They do like you to wash the car before returning but there are lots of cheap car wash businesses around. No unexpected charges or anything like that which sound like they're an issue with other businesses. Easy and quick drop-off. Very pleased.

Had a great experience with Coastal with prompt communications via email for bookings, easy and friendly pick up and drop off experience at their counter at Nadi airport and the vehicle (Prado) was in good condition. The roads in Fiji are filled with potholes and the drivers are a bit crazy so having a bigger car definitely helped navigate these and feel generally safer.

Good experience. We rent a basic car with child seats. We did not have any issue. We rent a car in Sigatoga and return in Nadi. During the rental period we also call the company to extend the period for two more days. We did it over the phone without any issues. Car we have was good, clean without any issues.
