Do you provide insurance?

Rate is inclusive of taxes and insurance with a CDW:

Groups: 1 to 3 is $3000 which can be reduced to $1500 by paying $30 additional per day

Groups 4 to 7 is $4000 which can be reduced to $2500 by paying $40 per day

Groups 8 to 10 is $5500 which can be reduced to $3500 by paying

$50 additional per day

Is petrol included in the car rental rate?

Petrol is not included in the rates. Vehicles will be supplied with a full tank and must be returned in the same manner. A fee of $30.00 plus the refueling charge will be billed if the renter fails to do so.

Are there any restrictions to hiring cars?

Yes, drivers to be 25 years old with a full valid license.

Can I hire any vehicle I want?

We will try to supply the vehicle you request, but we reserve the right to supply what is available.

Can I extend my hire term?

All extensions can be made, provided that it is brought to our notice. Extension of cars must be confirmed at least 48 hours ahead of the termination of the rental agreement.

Is there any other payment other than the rental fee?

Payment of the estimated cost of hire plus a security bond is required at the commencement of the rental. Final adjustments will be made on termination.

All prices quoted are in cash fijian dollars. Any overseas card payment has a surcharge of 5%.

What happens if I decide to cancel my booking?

Cancellation can be considered. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions Page.

What is Fiji’s speed limit?

Town areas: 50km/hour.

When do I pay for rental?

Full payment is due when rental term begins. Security bond is credit card details only. No held bond, only credit or debit card details.

Can I return my rental dirty?

Rental returned needs to be close to the state it was rented to you. Exterior is beyond control but interior needs to be taken care, Loading of seafood or like items will result in heavy cleaning charges.

Outside town: 80km/hour except where 60km/hour sign is displayed.

We also provide chauffeur drivers upon request at a fee of $70.00 per day from 0800hrs to 1700hrs (this is extra apart from rental charges). An extra fee of $13.00 applies for every hour thereafter (advance notice of 24hrs is required).

All rates & charges are quoted in FJD $.

Due to demand / prior bookings, your booking is to be regarded as for one of the available vehicles from a specific group, rather than a specific vehicle in that group.

One day rentals have first 300kms free. There is a surcharge after this. Multiple days have unlimited mileage.

Fuel:

Vehicles are supplied with a Full Tank and must be returned Full. Where this does not occur a Refueling Fee of $30.00, plus the cost of top-up fuel will be charged for each vehicle rented.

Extras:

Child safety seats are available at an additional charge of $10 per day per seat.

Drivers:

If required, chauffeur drivers can be made available (with 48 hours advanced notice). A flat fee of $70.00 per day applies from 08.00hr to 17.00hr. Outside these times, a rate of $13.00 per hour applies for every hour the driver is required.

Other:

All drivers must provide a current, original local or overseas full driving license.
We will endeavour to meet requests for specific vehicles, but due to periodic availability constraints, cannot guarantee this, so reserve the right to supply what is available.
Extensions of rental periods are possible based in availability. Extensions must be requested for at least 48 hours before rental period ends.
Cancellations: Cancellations are to be requested (preferably by email) and acknowledged by our office in order for the booking to be considered cancelled. If a request for cancellation is received in less than 48 hours of the commencement date, an administration fee of $30.00 per day will be charged for the full period of the booking.
