All rates & charges are quoted in FJD $.

Due to demand / prior bookings, your booking is to be regarded as for one of the available vehicles from a specific group, rather than a specific vehicle in that group.

Daily rates are for vehicle only, to which the following charges will be added:

GOVERNMENT CHARGES:

• Value Added Tax - 15%

One day rentals have first 300kms free. There is a surcharge after this. Multiple days have unlimited mileage.

INSURANCE:

• Mandatory - Vehicle Damage Insurance of $22.00 per day (payable whether or not the renter has travel insurance providing rental car Accident Excess Insurance).
• Optional - Accident Excess Reduction. Groups 1-3: $20 per day to reduce excess from $2,500 to $1,000. Groups 4-9: $25 per day to reduce excess from $4,000 to $2,500.
• Excess reduction is only available for 3 or more rental days.

Fuel:

• Vehicles are supplied with a Full Tank and must be returned Full. Where this does not occur a Refueling Fee of $30.00, plus the cost of top-up fuel will be charged for each vehicle rented.

Extras:

• Child safety seats are available at an additional charge of $10 per day per seat.

Drivers:

• If required, chauffeur drivers can be made available (with 48 hours advanced notice). A flat fee of $70.00 per day applies from 08.00hr to 17.00hr. Outside these times, a rate of $13.00 per hour applies for every hour the driver is required.

• All drivers must provide a current, original local or overseas full driving license.

• A Security Bond of $500 is held against each rental agreement. This can be held as either a credit card pre-authorisation, or where a credit card is not available, as a cash deposit.

• We will endeavour to meet requests for specific vehicles, but due to periodic availability constraints, cannot guarantee this, so reserve the right to supply what is available.

• Extensions of rental periods are possible, but requests must be made at least 12 hours before the termination of the rental agreement.

• Cancellations: Cancellations are to be requested (preferably by email) and acknowledged by our office in order for the booking to be considered cancelled. If a request for cancellation is received in less than 48 hours of the commencement date, an administration fee of $30.00 per day will be charged for the full period of the booking.
